  • 1 hour minimum per call
  • Billed in 15-minute increments after first hour
  • All diagnostic work included

Generator/Solar Hourly Labor Rate

$185/hr
  • Professional certified technician
  • 1 hour minimum per call
  • Billed in 15-minute increments after first hour

Emergency Service Hourly Rate

AC Tune & Shine

  • Clean and Service A/C coils, Cooling Performance Grade (Before/After), Compressor Health Check. 1 hr 30 min.+

Water Heater Drain & Pipe Inspection

  • Drain and decalcify Water Heater, inspect piping for any potential leaks. 1hr 45 min.

Winterize / De-winterize
